With a rosti potato infused with wasabi and drizzled with
a lime, wine and butter sauce.

served in a tortilla basket.
Confit of Duck
With Gratin potato and a rich Marmalade sauce
Scotch Fillet of Beef (GF)
Pasture fed Tasmanian beef grilled and Served on a bed of cheesy mustard mashed potato with stuffed mushroom.
Roast Pumpkin & Rocket Risotto
With a Parmesan Waffer.
Local Pepperberry Crusted Wallaby
Served with sweet potato mash and beetroot marmalade.
