Listed below are two sample menus from the Cradle Chalet Restaurant. The first is the current winter dinner menu - the second is the current lunch/day menu.

Note: during the day the restaurant is called Daniel's Kitchen Cafe.


1. Dinner Menu - Summer

For your enjoyment tonight,
Join us for a pre-dinner nibble in the lounge area.
Followed by dinner in our dining room.


2 Course Dinner - $50 pp (Entrée/Main or Main/Dessert)

3 Course Dinner - $63 pp

Both options include pre-dinner nibbles and coffee.

GF = Gluten Free Dish
LF = Lactos Free Dish

Soup of the day

Tomato & Goat’s Cheese Tart
with Tomato Dressing

Chilli Prawns & Caramelised Onion (GF)
Served on Sweet Potato.

 

Mains

Panfried Tasmanian Ocean Trout
Set on a potato Rosti infused with wasabi and
drizzled with a lemon and herb sauce.

Vegetable Basket (GF / LF)
A tortilla pastry basket filled with a medley of seasonal
vegetables and Vermicelli rice noodles.

Breast of Duck (GF)
Pan-roasted and served with a fragrant
rice timbale and a cherry sauce.

Scotch Fillet of Beef (GF)
Pasture-fed Tasmanian beef grilled and served on
a bed of mashed potato seasoned with roasted garlic.


(All mains served with seasonal vegatables)
