Cradle Chalet Boutique Luxury Lodge

2 Course Dinner - $50 pp (Starters/Main or Main/Dessert)

3 Course Dinner - $63 pp

Both options include tea and coffee

GF = Gluten Free Dish
LF = Lactos Free Dish


Starters

Soup of the day

Chef's Ceasar Salad
A spin on the classic

Twice cooked Pork Belly
With an Asian salad and Honey soy glaze

Green Pea & Goat’s Cheese Tart
with Tomato Dressing

Chilli Prawns & Caramelised Onion (GF)
Served with Sweet Potato.

 

Mains

Panfried Tasmanian Ocean Trout
With a rosti potato infused with wasabi and drizzled with
a lime, wine and butter sauce.

Vegetable Basket (GF / LF)
Seasonal vegetables tossed with Asian sauces and
served in a tortilla basket.

Confit of Duck
With Gratin potato and a rich Marmalade sauce

Scotch Fillet of Beef (GF)
Pasture fed Tasmanian beef grilled and Served on a bed of cheesy mustard mashed potato with stuffed mushroom.

Roast Pumpkin & Rocket Risotto
With a Parmesan Waffer.

Local Pepperberry Crusted Wallaby
Served with sweet potato mash and beetroot marmalade.
(subject to availability).

(All mains served with seasonal vegatables)



Desserts


Dark Chocolate Brownie
With Pink mascarpone and Raspberry sauce.

Rice Pudding
Not so old fashioned any more,
With Spiced Orange sauce and double cream.

Apple and Rhubarb Crumble**
Served With lashings of double cream.
**(Crumble topping contains Almonds)

White Chocolate and Blue berry Tart
Rich white chocolate filling topped with plump blue berries Accompanied with double cream.

Mixed Berry Parfait
With chocolate and an almond biscotti.

Elderflower and berry Yoghurt Sandwich
Layers of shortbread biscuits and berry laced yoghurt.

Hot Smoked Salmon from 41 Degrees South, Deloraine.
Cheese from Ashgrove Cheese Factory, Elizabeth Town.
Whiskey Cream for Helliers Road Distillery, Burnie.
Meat from Sheffield and Longford.
Venison from Springdale.
